The Nallamani Foundation is an organization of selfless and motivated individuals with a mission to work for positive transformation and social upliftment. The foundation is the charity wing of the reputed Nallamani group, with interests in transport and finance (NBFCs).
Since the 1960s, the trust has spearheaded social change and played a key role in the areas of education, public health and empowerment of women. Our activities have fostered real change in society and given a new dimension to the lives of thousands of rural and financially weak families over the years. The free school education and the thousands of scholarships disbursed have helped give concrete shape to the dreams and aspirations of thousands of young women and delivered a lasting impact to society.
As catalysts for human change, the foundation takes pride in a highly structured and systematic approach in all its activities. By the use of modern technology and the latest business intelligence practises in a philanthropic setup, we are able to measure the scale and impact of our various activities across various geographies. This ensures that the real benefits of philanthropy reach the people in genuine need and brings a high degree of accountability to the activities of the foundation.
Presently, the trust is headed by the chairman Mr.N.N.N.R Nallamani and a board of 3 directors. The management team is ably supported by an efficient and highly intellectual team of doctors, social workers and educationists, who share the vision of the founders and work to ensure that grassroots change is effected at all levels. Initially conceived under the Societies Registration Act of 1975, the Sriram Nallamani Public Charitable Trust is presently incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act in line with changing times and regulations.
